i painted my 94 teg yesterday and amidst putting my lights back in and buffing the paint out, i decided to try buffing the headlight lenses to make them clear and clean looking again, and low and behold it worked. just thought id let you guys know in case you have this problem...p.s. make sure you use some kind of buffing compound or you might do more harm than good.

 

Yeah, buffing em out works really well, as long as you don't get carried away. Also, Meguire's or Mother's plastic polish will do the trick.
