can I get a B series manifold and bolt it up? to the WRX turbo and run it on a GSR?? anyone done this?

 

three reasons why id say no
1. the turbo is 13+ lbs with an internal actuator, a litle to much for a stock motor
2. finding a honda exhaust manifold with a subaru 4 bolt flange is gonna be real tough. The only way itll bolt up is if you have one custom built. By the time your done building a mani. you have spent more then if you bought a honda mani. w/ a t3 flange and t3/t4 turbo tuned for a honda
3. Youll need a downpipe flange which is pretty specific to a Subaru.


I just got done building a t3/4 turbo w/ an external watsegate on a 2002 Subaru. Everything was custom done and youll be doing this in reverse, Subaru to Honda.
I say just buy a turbo for around 650 and buy a drag, rev-hard mani for around 300 and your done.

 

yeah, why make it harder, B series mani and a turbo that will bolt up.You'll save time and money!
