Hello everyone i have a T3 flanged turbo exhaust manifold and i am looking for an adapter or an idea from someone with some helpful advice to bolt a TD04L wrx turbo with the standard 3 bolt pattern on to my mani. I have looked all over the web and i have found a couple ideas but i want to see what ideas you all have?

Not many ideas because it was really not considered worth working through, since most Honda cylinder head flow better than that turbo at 13psi of pressure.

GL with it, though. you've got your work cut out for you for a "free" turbo.

My friend has the same engine and turbo but he had a Full custom header that cost like $600 and i am not gunna spend that kind of money for this. But that damn car moves! Pretty much no turbo lag, spools fast, and really takes off. So personally everyone keeps bashing this set up when i have rode in a car with it and really opened my eyes to it.

that's because it was more than likely your first turbo honda. What you rode in was the absolute tip of the proverbial iceberg. When you get a real setup, you'll be even more impressed.

you should post some more on your friends setup. Im interested in what a small turbo honda can do. any dyno numbers or pics would be rad.
