The following pic is of a new 350Z with 5 miles that was killed on a test drive at work. Customer lost it in a curve, spun, hit a tree. Also wiped out the oil pan. Haha, cracks me up, 5 whole miles on the odo.

Hahahahaha.....they should make sure the people can actually drive before they take a car like that around the block!

I drove one, they are fast, but that's all they are good for. I felt really tight inside of it, and the windows are so small, visibility stinks. Very hard to see out the back, for the black and whites.

I'd buy the track version if I had the extra dough just to take club racing! Better get me a second job!

 

When I was getting my Si a few years back, a similar thing happened. I wanted a black one, and there was one on the way, but it was 4 days late... turns out the truck carrying it crashed just outside of Cali. So scratch that one. My Honda dealer called another dealership to see if they had one, and they did. But it was on a test drive, and if the tester didn't buy it right there, they were gonna send it over right away so I could buy it. He might as well have bought it, because he ran full on into a fire hydrant, completely mangling the car. I finally got pissed and got an EBP Si, because they just happened to have one in their lot with, get this: 1 mile on it. So after a BIG discount for my troubles, I drove away content in an Si.

In most cases the salesman rides with you. Salesman was riding with this guy when he wrecked.

auctions are full of dealer lot cars with minimal miles on them such as above.

 

Thats like customers at my work dropping their bikes on their way out of the driveway. A few customers have dropped a bike while sitting on it! Morons...
