My advise to emperor559, if you don't know how to fix it, take it to the shop
If you have no experience in autobody, and don't want to take it to the shop then just throw that kit away.
It would take forever to teach you how to repair fiberglass and shape it correctly. UNLESS you want a shitty job. If thats what you're looking for, then I can't help you there.
haha yeah right. Theres a lot more to it than that. Noobies

Who are you to give advise and be a dick about it. You don't know me or what I can do. i was just looking for a couple of tips if anybody had any not some smart *** remarks about wanting a shitty job or take my bumper to a shop. Keep the advise to yourself.
Hey, don't worry, it's not hard. It's just like clay modeling in art class. glass together the the front with a little fiberglass mat and reinforce in the back with fiberglass cloth. Sand the mat flat, than bondo than sand.
Wrong!!!! You cannot add fiverglass to the front of the part and then sand it back down. You need to reinforce the repaired area from behind with either chopped mat or woven cloth. As for the front if you add material you will have a bump there and it will mess. First fix the rear of bumper so it is held back in place were it needs to be. Then you can sand the front were the crack is. Make a V shape into the crack and use either some Bondo or Marglass to fill he crack. Then when it is dry sand the repaired area and then primer it. After that you are ready for paint. I love all these people trying to give advice and they have never even done this themselves. I do this everyday!!!!!!!!!
Okay so if its going to be sanded back down why even put it on the front. If it is only cracked you just need to fill the crack with something like bondo or Marglass. Much simpler and as long as the repair waz reinforced on the inside you will be okay. Now if it is shattered and pieces are missing then you will need to repair any big sections with mat.
