Default installing alarm in 4th gen. ( need urgent help)

I need to tap into the wires for the door lock system. they are green/red and green/white. My haynes manual says it will be at the door lock control box. where is that? which molex am i pulling out? I need to know the exact one, the color, all that stuff, I have been under my steering column looking for these wires for almost 2 days. I need help.

i don't have my manual with me or i could tell you. here's how i've done it on all the alarms i've installed, just attach it to the light switch. or follow the light switch color down to the colomn and find it. i'll look in my manual to see what/where is the wire.

Yes that's the one. If you are not sure poke a test light in it and turn the lights on and off. You can also find this wire by the headlight switch but it would be easier and better to tap at the fuse box.

Edit: I don't know why those dots are on there but they really don't matter.

Check this page out. The colors should all be the same for your car.

i think on a fourth gen the wires for the door lock are burried in the kick panel. it not really in the kick panel. move the kick panel and the move the carpet. there is a plug that is taped to a set of wires wrapped in tape. it is basically under the carpet by the kick panel. it is 2 wires that goes inyo a plug. i did an alarm on a 2 door recently so hope that helps

well here is my experience with my 4the gen and the door lock wiring. i have the 93 accord 10th annervsery edition and when i had my Viper 600esp alarm installed @ Curicut City they even did not know which wire it was. The tech guy was like stumped, he called the service manager and he didnot know the answer. the E-mailed there corperate office/installtion team with the question.

It took corprate about 2days to reply and so i took my car back in to be finished. Everything worked except for the door locks. It then took about 20 minutes and woa-LA... done and perfectly working.

I asked them which wire it was and were it was located and they said it was because i had 2 "Door Lock Modules"
I still don't belive them.... but atleast their service was good...-sorta

I know this is an old post and all, but I am in the same situation. I'm trying to find the door lock/unlock wires.

I think I might have found the wire that runs under the carpet, but I want to make sure before I go tearing up the carpet.

The wire that I think it is, is wrapped up in yellow tubing and plugs into the fuse box. It then runs under the carpet by the pedals and then goes somehwere, not sure where. Is this the wire? If not, where is it, and what color is it?

HELP!

Thanks!

Nevermind, I think I know where it is now, under the carpet and wraped in blue tape. And I think that yellow wire is the airbag wire
