Shopping list for H22/97 Ex Swap
What parts do I need to put a 97 Prelude H22 into a 97 Civic EX with a D16Y8?
Parts that come with the H22 are as follows
Engine
Tranny
Loom
Prelude Driveshafts
What other parts do I need, to make the swap as smooth as possible
I know I need Engine Mounts, probably going for HASport kit, what driveshafts will be best as the prelude ones will be too long?
Also, with regards to the wiring, how hard is it going to be to wire up, and will I need any other bits if I have the H22 Loom

You have an ex right???? Then you have the wiring. You just gotta extend a bunch of **** and rewire the distrubitor and wire in a resistor box if you using a 92-95 engine. Thats about it.. The harness is pretty easy, its mostly just extending stuff. Then you need an obd-1 converter. Also 90-93 integra axles, 90-93 accord intermediate shaft, after market mount kit, custom work on the shifter, slim radiator fan, longer fuel line, bunch of vacum line etc etc. Thats about it. Good luck.
its a 97 Prelude Engine. I'm don't 100% understand all the OBD-1 and OBD-2 malarky which is why I asked. If its the same year engine, surely I don't need a converter? From what you said, I don't need the prelude loom?
