i got a 94 del sol thats supercharged, and i need some injectors so i ordered some mr2 aftermarket injectors for 50 bucks, which was a good deal, but i heard that the injector pulse is different , is there any truth to this rumor? or will it work fine with my stock ecu, cuz i do have a vafc and a whole lotta stuff on the car, if you guys can help me out i'd really appreciate it....and their 375cc injectors by the way..

 

if i'm not mistaken you need to get a prelude resistor pack or accord resistor pack because the mr2 injectors are peak and hold and the ones in your del sol are saturated.

 

so if i get a resistor pack from a prelude it'll work on the b16??? and one more question what does a resistor pack do???

 

yes you can get a resistor pack from a prelude or accord, I am not very good at explaining it but the injectors from majority of other cars with a higher rate of cc require a different ohmage to work correctly or you will fry your ecu and get no performance gains. go to http://www.hondata.com it will probably sum it up better cause I suck at explaining stuff, but I hope that helped a bit.

 

3SGTE Mr2 injectors are 440cc, not 375cc. If I remember correctly, the clip is different and will not work on a Honda fuel rail.
