something is wrong here
ok well i recently did a leak down test on my motor and it reported 96%leak on all cylinders it apparently is coming out through the intake valves and just for kicks i took the car to the tracks and it ran a 15.539@87.2.......

96% leak will not let your engine run, period.
I believe you are missinterpretating the test results, or you did somethnig wrong.
Your ET sunds normal for a healthy CRX Si engine.
