Default High Temp Urea Grease?

I am about to change out my clutch but in the helms it calls for a high temp urea grease for the throw-out bearing, which I cannot find anywhere except on A&H (for 12$+8 for shipping) . The closest thing that I could find is some bearing grease which is good to up to 500 degrees. Do you think that is sufficient? Anyone else use another grease for the TO bearing or know where to find an adaquate substitute for what the Helms calls for?

I use the Valvoline Semi-Synth moly-based grease.

I've grown to use the moly stuff b/c everything seems like water to me.
