Default Anyone ever deal with www.jdmpro.net?

Im pretty pissed off at www.jdmpro.net . I sent Masaya Nishino (manager) 66 bucks for 2 JDM DC2 shift boots on Decemeber the 17th after calling him and being assured that they will be out in 3 days after he recieves the money order. I was patient knowing it was the holidays but it is now December the 31st and haven't heared from him since the day I called him(Dec. 16th). I wrote him an email a few days ago to request the phone number (310-320-1370) which he replied to very promptly, but when I sent him an email asking about the status of my order, he hasn't replied since. I've tried calling him every other day at various times but noone picks up the phone. I'm not sure if he's on break or what the problem is but I feel like I got ripped. Anyone else deal with jdmpro before or know what I should do?

I'm sure there is a good reason for Masaya not getting in contact w/ you. I've done business with he and Simon and they are cool.

hey whats up, this is simon from jdmpro. the shop has been closed since the 24th of this month. we wont be open till the 2nd of jan. i was in the shop when i recieved the payment for the shiftboot. the first thing i did after was that i packed up the shiftboots and get them ready to be shipped out. but since ups doesnt deliver on saturdays. i had to wait till monday to be shipped out (23rd). i know that the item was shipped out, and i have the tracking number at work. if the issue is not resolved by when i get back to the shop on the 2nd. please give me a call. i will be there. i work mon-thurs and masaya works thurs-sat since he is busy with school. sorry for the delay because of the holiday season.

JDMpro owes me money!!

its been three months since i put a downpayment of 600 dollars for a spoon seat. it got fucked in the beginning when he quoted me 1100 shipped *as advertised in their site*. i didnt believe this price so i called SATO and he told me that it was no joke, and that it was 1100 shipped.

with that deal i continued with the order with the exception that it had to be shipped to me before may 1st. little do i know that when i got my invoice he charged me retail. i called and asked about the pricing and he denied it.

so i go on to negotiate a better price since i already put down money, so we agreed on 1300 shipped. it was about three weeks later and i call to check on the order, and he hadnt shipped it or even recieved it yet, so i he asked me if i would like a refund, and i accept it thinking ill get my ****** money. after that day, ive been emailing and calling to see whats up, but he wont answer my phone calls. another thing that pisses me off is that he keeps telling me his accountant is handling it already. IT DOES NOT TAKE TWO MONTHS TO GIVE A MONEY ORDER BACK!!!

so its been a little over 2 months and counting, and still no answer!!!

ive reported them to the better business bureau to see if they can help me with anything...well see....
