i asked my buddy at a local shop here if he can get the itr lip for my car, and he said yeah .... he said it's not oem but it's a good product... i asked him if it was fiberglass or urethane, and he said that it is avs plastic... is avs plastic any good ?? ohh he is selling it to me for $200...

 

are the oem ones even $200? i think comptech is r4ight around there.

prob the same **** as urathane , im sure he meant ABS plastic and from what i know it holds up great.

 

abs plastic is what the factory lip is made of

 

ABS is stiffer & harder plastic that can crack easily, also can be difficult to paint. Comptech sells a polyurethane clone (softer than ABS & same material used on OEM front & rear bumper covers) ITR lip for $199.99 without shipping.

 

ABS is pretty goddamn durable for me

 

cracking probably depends on ur climate mostly
I know it would crack for sure in this frozen tundra of S. Dakota
but CA is a different story!!
