ground wire kit in 94 accord
i need some help with a ground wire kit i recently bought. i really dont want to start a debqate about weather or not they work, im just trying it out to see if i can notice a difference, but im having some troubble. i had no problems grounding most things, but when i tried to ground the computer with one of the new wires, it wasnt getting any power. is there a switch on the ground line between the computer and the battery, what would make this happen. if im using some of the wrong terminology, or im just dead wrong. please tell me. im not very good with electricity. thanks in advance.
its an ex by the way.

I have no idea of what your install consists of, but a ground is a ground, usually through the mounting of the metal case to the chassis and a ground wire in the harness. What did you disconnect on the ECU to install the ground? I suspect you added the ground to a wrong point somewhere and blew the ECU fuse if it's not getting any power.
FWIW, I know you didn't ask, but a simple cleaning and inspection of your existing ground wires and connections would have been a whole lot cheaper, simpler, and just as good as the kit you bought. No debate necessary. It's simple fact.

i think you mean the fuse box under the hood mabey. if your not gettin power mabey you do not have a good ground. thats the only thing i could think of.
thanks for the help.....yeah it would have been cheaper. but i just wanted to buy it cuse i thought it would be fun to install...i didnt think it would be so damned complicated
