Need opinion on Tein model.
Looking to get some teins for my 95 gsr. They dont have the HA model for it, which is originally what I wanted. Dampering/height adjustable w/ pu. Can someone tell me what model to look at?/
Do they only make them for the type R or something? You could always change your lca's to type r ones. They make the RA, but that's a lot more money.
If you're looking at the Japanese brands specifically, what about Zeal.
B2: $1100 shipped
B6: $1390 shipped
S6: $1600 shipped
- I haven't price-shopped these, just pulling from http://www.ipsracing.com
I used to own a set of Tein HA's. I liked them at the time, but I wouldn't buy another set. I don't know that you'll be any happier with any of these though than you would a set of Koni Yellows and some Ground Control sleeves.

thanks for the advice. i wanted to go to the track so i thought some teins would be a good investment. yea alot of their models are for type r only cuz of the arms. i was lookin at b6 too. do you think they are much better than teins?
Essentially they are the same except the SS does not have the pillow ball upper mounts. Not as precise, but a much more tolerable ride without the upper pillow ball mounts, I would not suggest them for a street car anyway. Other than that they share the same spring rates and shocks- 8kg/6kg.
