Anyone ever ran a GSR ECU on a H22a4?
I am running a gsr ecu (p72) on my h22a1, I have no problems, it runs great, but I am also running a V-AFC, you may need one in order to keep from running to rich, but I dont know that for sure.
You need to tune the p72 ECU for an H22a to get rid of the horrible dip in power before VTEC and to keep it from being too lean in the top end, not too rich.
H22a.org has a dyno comparison on this. Seems to make more horse power but less tourqe. I would be concerned with out tunning as well since the P72 is set up for the smaller 270 injectors the teg uses compared to the ludes 310's.
Importreview also did a test. The P72 will give the H22 added power on the top end, but it also falls flat on it's face at the VTEC xover. Can be fixed with VTEC controller, but the real way to go is P72 and Hondata.
