Just wondering how many of you guys have experiance dealing with them. They seem to have very good deals just wondering how good of a company they were.

They've always been good to me, but I've also read some other not-so happy experiences. I say go for it, but make sure its not a backordered item b/c that always causes problems with any company. Good luck!

I have ordered a few different things from them and was happy with service. I didn't get the parts the next day or anything but i got them and they were in great shape. So i give them

depending on how busy they are it might take awhile to get parts, you will eventually get your parts, but sometimes it takes a long time and they never reply to emails nor send any notice if the parts are going to be delayed. also i dont think there is a phone # for u to call to check on your order i have tried searching thier website.

They are not fast at all. Took about 10-12 weeks for them to ship out an intake they had in stock. They bill you the second you enter your credit card but take their sweet time to send the product out. So if your in no rush go for it. But if you want the parts soon...
Yeah they will not reply to any e-mails you send them. I sent them an e-mail ever 3 days for 6 weeks and no replies... Did get the part and it was fine. Just took a long time.

i got my aem cai, was dented on the bottom where the filter covers up ..but stillll??? a dented product that i paid top dollar for...wtf>??? i duno...i don't order anything from them any more... use import horizon...very simliar price and better service etc....there is NO service from preludeparts.com

I ordered my aem pulleys from there, pretty good service imo. Fast emails and it got to me in 5 days excluding sunday. They have pretty good deals so haha you can wait the extra days if it takes that long, well gluck shopping, lates
