itr 4 lug....civic break lines???

itr 4 lug....civic break lines???
i recieved itr 4 lug for x-mas.......and i was wondering if my stock civic cx (92') fron break lines will work since the one that came with the swap were cut.......so will my civic ones work? and is there any disadvantage to using the civic ones if they do work?
and also....if im getting new rotors (4x114.3 bolt pattern) i believe both accord and prelude are 4x114.3......any suggestions?
