Default Still the unanswered question for the 92 Prelude

Has anyone ever found the correct solution on fixing the idling problem? Here's the factor...

It rattles when the temperature meter reachs the normal halfway. The engine would just not idle high, it'll be below half of 1, and the car would stall/rattle. I've heard of things like replace ECU, check vacumm lines, set idleing nut higher. But which one works? Do you guys think a simple tune up will fix it?

I'm sure many Prelude owners out there are looking for an answer too.

i dont think replacing the ECU would do any good, unless your car was in a flood. check the vacum lines, spark plugs, spark plug wires, put some injector cleaner in, bump up the idle nut..........if after you do all that stuff it still doesnt idle right, then try the tune-up or post up here again....

EGR is Exhaust Gas Reticulation.....basicly what it does is put hot exhaust gases back through the engine to heat it up faster.....it should be on the left side of the engine.
