Does the 2002 Type S come with factory HID lights and if it does how could I tell?!?!?...and if it does would I be able to convert to normal halogen bulbs instead of HID...it is for my friend.

TYPE S = NO HID lights....if ya friend wants them...he gotta get the JDM ones

 

So if he wants HID he needs to get the JDM lights?...is it like the older integras where they came with out without HID on the JDM headlights?

 

you can just get a H1 hid kit and put it in

why would you not want HID?

 

cops tend to hassle people with HID kits. any aftermarket kit is not DOT approved. here in va they fail you for inspection if they know that your HID kit is not stock. the only reason i can think of him wanting to remove it would be so he wouldn't get hassled for it.

 

I got my 5000K HID kit from Xenondepot.com when they had a group buy special on clubrsx. Once you drive a car with HID's you never go back to cheap HID wanna be bulbs.
Cops around here don't say anything about having HID's, and if they did I would tell them it came stock like that

Say it was optional equiptment when buying the car. Kinda like optional mudflaps, alloy wheels, keyless entry etc. Say your High Intensity lighting was an option that you got when buying the car for a little extra. Kinda like the Maximas.
