FS: ARC Induction box
I'm selling a used ARC box. The box is for an EG6. It will fit in any '92-'95 Civic or '93-'97 del Sols.
One of the brackets is broken off, but should not affect mounting capability, as there is still the bracket on the front.
The filter needs to be replaced.
No mounting hardware is included (you only need like one bolt).
I'd like $165 shipped OBO. If you live in the Seattle/Tacoma or Portland/Vancouver area and would like to meet somewhere to pick up the box, that would be fine.
I bought this from madtownhonda, so he could perhaps put in a good word if anyone would like.
There are no pics now, sorry. The batteries died in my digi cam, but there should be some images up later tonight.
Thanks for looking

I've seen some that do and some that don't.
If you do a search I think there was another box for sale with a filter that didn't say "ARC" on it. Perhaps one of the JDM parts vendors can clear that up.

That is definitely an ARC box.
My ARC box has two (2) filters (as the EK version is a dual-inlet design); one filter says "ARC," the other is plain (like the one in the pic).

I'm not 100% sure on the filter...I'm thinking it's like around $60.
Also, I don't know if I've ever seen a dyno of only the ARC box. With the intake arm, most people lose peak hp, but I'm pretty sure that's just the arm. With only the box, and a stock intake arm, you should definitely see some gains. This intake is really for throttle response though.

how hard is it to find a replacement filter for the ARC box? i'm somewhat interested, but i'd just like to know the dificulty of replacing the filter. thanks!
The filter you can buy from (I'm pretty sure) any of the JDM parts vendors on this board.
Kind of a moot point though, I sold the box two days ago. Sorry
