id check for ignition problems or the tyranny fluid or perhaps a vacuum leak any hoses loose or holes in them?

is the bouncing fast or intermittant? Does is idle like you've got a cam or does it seem to "get stuck" at 1500rpm and then kick down to 1000rpm after awhile?

if it were a vacum problem it would idle at higer rpm's with out giving it gas.
you could check your PC valve that runs on top of your valve cover to intake manafold if it dose not click when you move it up and down that means it's stuck
but you would burn oil also so that would be a give a way.
check your resistor box, plugs, timing, speed sensor. it dosent sound like any thing major. i'm willing to bet a 100$ it's a tp sensor.
good luck,
need parts? i got a boat load of accord parts, find your problem may be i can help you out.
