Yes, this should be extremely simple. THe only problem is that I can't seem to figure out how to attach the sides! All of the clips are the same (they all have an F on them) but they don't fit in the side holes. Should there be separate clips for those side holes or am I not doing something right?

DUH my bad - 98 Civic

 

the little "u" shaped clips go on the underside of the bumper with the little nut side facing up. You should have little square shaped cut outs on the buttom side of the bumper which they clip into. Then you get your lip and screw it to the clips with the provided hardware. Hope that help.

 

they should fit. at first i thought mine didn't, either (97 civic), but you have to fiddle with them a bit.

 

The front parts were cake, but the side ones are still giving me a bit of trouble. The side cutouts aren't the same shape as the ones in the front, so those clips won't slide in. I just got back from the hardware store and picked up some new bolts, nuts, and a couple of washers, so that should be fine. Thanks for all your help!
