Default F22B1 Turbo // Safe boost levels

What are some safe boost levels for an F22b1 that comes out with a good compression/leak down test but has 150,000 miles? Would it be easier to just replace the rods and pistons now? I hear they're fairly weak..

Any insight from f22b1 turbo guys/gals would be great.

I have a 90 accord running F22b sohc vtec out of a 2.2 cl, boosting 12psi now for the last 4 months. Rods are pretty decent and should be fine. My last stock f22 lasted well over a year boosted at 6 psi non intercooled, had 190K on the clock
