Nankang Tires.
hello. I ordered a set of 18" Z5000 rims from wheelmax.com and they told me that my rims will come with Nankang Ns2 tires. What the hell is that? is that even a tire brand? i checked on some internet tire stores and they went for about 135 each tire. That is not all that cheap of a price, so what kinda quality should i expect from these foreign tires? anyone have any experience with them? thanks. Btw, tire size is 225/40/18 directional
I have Nankang tyres, i've been told they are made by Yokohama. Not sure how good they are with tyre wear etc yet as i havent had them long, but they seem decent.
i had nankang on my 4th gen for about 10 months with a lyl camber prob because of lowering. in my opinion they suck but the treadwear is pretty high. 340 if i remember correctly. i could have used em on a lyl longer but it started raining too much and i didnt wanna risk losing traction with them with thin *** tread. Plus of the high *** treadwear it made the traction crappy too... always hearing my tires squeeking on hard turns. go with nitto 450's thats wat i got on my car now
