Im planning on having my block sleeved and throwing some sorta semi low comp pistons/rods,str block guard and boosting. How much boost are you guys running with your turbo setup's and what kind of block work do u have done? What kind of fuel setup are u running? Thanx in advance

id say if you are sleeving and running a standalone then 15-20 lbs is very doable. also you wont need a block guard if you have sleeves.

if its not tuned then it will be very hard to run 15+ lbs of boost and have it last

If it's built you can run just as much boost as a built B-series. The only restriction is the efficiency of our heads. If you are using aftermarket internals they should give you some sort of max. HP rating.

15+psi won't be a problem, but just like 90% of the people here will say..tunning is key.

Hes right tuning is the key to everything. Right fuel anything maybe possible. Im stuck in my own problems of which is the best way to spend my money. But i know tuning will always cure a headache of problems

We have sucessfully been running 20psi all week so far on our freshly built D16Z in our EK. Tonight im trying a pull up to 25psi....maybe even 27psi. Our tune is pretty close to being on the money so far. Also we have been very conservative with timing. Later next week will will turn the timing up and watch the tq.

On my stock setup I ran 12psi on a GReddy kit. Right now I'm in the process of building for roughly 25-30psi (400+whp) but this incorporated a sleeved/bored block, complete internals, headwork etc.. all fuel via Hondata and 4 firehose injectors.
