ANOTHER throttle body question.
Well... I got the throttle body back and all is good. We ended up using a Corvette TB blade and modified it a bit to work... seems to work pretty well.
The blade, however, has a little gap between it and the inner wall of the TB. Not a lot, mind you... but made me wonder anyway. In my experience, since the Hondas don't have an IAC motor mounted on the TB (Idle Air Control) that a little air bleed is OK. Corvettes on the other hand make an airtight seal around the blade... but then again, they have an IAC motor.
Any suggestions? If you'd like, I can e-mail a pic of the TB and show some of the gap.
Thanks in advance.

Hondas do indeed have an idle air control valve. IACV or EACV
it's located right after the T/B behind the manifold.
A bit of gap is no problem unless it lets too much air and it will in efect be a vacuum leak creating idle problems.
if the idle is OK, then don't worry about it.

Well, *****. I guess I'm used to the doemstics Chevy and Ford stuff.
There not MUCH bleed, but enough to have me thinking. Guess I'll just install it and see what happens.
