NA guy, but damn this is a nice turbo kit from HyTech Exhaust
All that I can say is wow, nice kit

What is being shown here is a T3/T4, he has also produced this kit for a T-04E, and a T66, the mounts are a little bit different for each one due to the sizes of the compressor housing. The compressor mounts to brackets that are attached to the transmission to remove any strain and stress that might be transmitted to the head from the "normal" mounting of a turbo.
The intercooler is an air-->water intercooler made by Laminova, which is a Swedish company. Autorotor which is known for supercharger kits for Mercedes has been using this technology for quite a few years, which has led Mercedes to start using it in their current production models, this technology is being used in the manifolds of their newer Supercharged cars. The intercooler has a tested effiency of ~88%, which leads to temps that are ~10 degrees over the ambient air temp, there is a drop of ~1 psi while traveling through the intercooler. This intercooler is a 4 row, and can sustain 600 hp.
Here is a pic of how the intercooler works:

I asked John at HyTech what the pricing on the products were and he informed me that:
$1500 - manifold with wastgate piping
$1500 - intercooler kit
$300 -- downpipe
$200 -- blow off valve piping
For any questions please direct them to John at HyTech Exhaust hitechexhst@earthlink.net
I have no vested interest in this product, I just thought that it was a pretty cool kit, and since I had the information I though that I would share it with all of the other boost happy fiends out there.

[EDIT]Forgot to mention that he was recently contracted to work on a twin turbo kit for the Ferrari 360 Modena, he's building the exhaust and intake items, and the contractor is working on the other itmes, not to mention the Mercialago exhaust(private sale items, saw 5 at the shop when I was there), or the McLaren F1 header(private sale, 12 recently imported into the US)[/EDIT]

Hey, u stole my pics!!!! j/k, did John give those to u?? Those are my little brother's kit pics. I guess we'll see how it turns out. If there is anyone else that has this setup, would you please PM me so we can talk about the front cooler and pump set-up? BTW, John's customer service

thats very nice work, i would like to see it on an actual car, though. i can see alot of clearance problems once it's in the car, but if it works out great, i bet he'll have no problem selling the kit.
check out these pictures posted in another post. this kit is a bit different from the one above, it runs a straight T4. The first kit has a lot more clearance between the radiator and front support for the radiator. This is a friend's car looking to break 9's in the nhra street class.

I don't want to waste John's time with this, but is he doing these for all D & B series? I would think they are a one-off type of deal. Definately worth the money though.
give John at Hytech a call at (949) 581-2181 for pricing. these are the production units and not one off kits, but if you have any special accomidations that need to be met, John is generally pretty flexible.
note: im a trial user and can't accept pm's sorry. but I'm happy field any questions I can answer here.

$1500 for a manifold of that caliber is a deal and a half.
burns collector alone is cash.
that's a great looking set-up and the price is very reasonable. i'm thinking about getting rid of my equal length and huge spearco for this set-up.
awesome set-up.

OMG, this is by far the best looking set-up on a honda that i have ever seen, period. 1500.00 for that manifold is a steal, considering the parts, materials and workmanship that went into the design. Wish I didnt just purchase everything for my new set-up, or I would be in line to buy one of these kits.
That kit is quality and a half. The placement of the turbo is just flawless......allows a stock radiator and A/C. Damn. Makes me want to redo my custom setup.
