I found one local to me and it is in great condition for the r.
One thing, it is extremely loud and I am still debating whether to get this exhaust.
Anyhow, what is a good price for a used spec II? I've never seen anyone selling them used, so what is reasonable?

Please don't buy this exhaust...
I sold mine used for $300. I felt so sorry for the new owner that I felt guilty charging him that. He was considering adding a muffler to the rear section. The first trip out he came home and ordered a muffler.
It's great quality, but I honestly believe that it's louder than an open header. Great build quality. I'd recommend the SpecIII instead.

Yes, there's a tiny little insert that quietens it down a couple decibels with a noticable loss in power as well. With the silencer in, it's still the loudest exhaust you've heard. Without it...
The spec III was even LOUD AS HELL. i had that on my old EK, and it was 10x louder than my spoon n1 on my ITR. i'd stay away from those all together.

Must be the thin-wall pipe.
as light as people say these are I have no doubt its as loud or louder than open header due to the resonance of the thin walled piping.

Hi
Someone told me that they tested a UK spec Integra Type R with the cat and a BC Spec 2 exhaust...........120db @ 5,300 @ 0.5 metres, static.
Wha do you guys think ?
Is it any louder than a spoon N1 or on Apexi N1 ?
Do you have any similar specs (db) of your exhaust so that we can compare please.............

Rgds,
120db at 5,300 RPM?? That's gotta be loud as ****.. I think the APEXi N1 reaches 105 db without the silencer. Silencers defeat the purpose of the exhaust. Gains are cancelled.. I think the BC Spec III should be "tolerable". Some people think it's loud as **** (XJOHNX) and some don't think so (Jason Franzinator
). I like the Spec III..
). I like the Spec III..
