at 1st the motor was stock.. it didn't start.. ( it was gettin spark, gas, and compression was good except for 1 cyl.) we decided to do a planned head swap to an si since we were gonna replace the head gasket. i know the wiring is right, compression is good in all four cyls, it gets gas and spark.. the motor starts right up and dies right away.. thought it was the fuel pump relay so we wired the pump directly to the battery and a switch. not that.. any suggestions?

 

fuel pressure ??? are u getting good pressure... spark plug wires on in the right order? uhhh right gap on plugs? ummmm vacume hoses hooked up right thats all i can think off the top of my head
