Default Help my vtec hatch wid hom emade turbo

ok .. break it down ...
89 honda civic Si
93 D16Z6
home made turbo kit, 3 inch exhaust, ACT clutc, flywheel, DIY VTEC controller ( summit RPM switch), alright anwyays, well we swappe din the motor and its been runnin like ****, one of mjy DSM buddies suggested switchin aroudn the coolant sensor on the back of the block, might have mixed up teh wires, tried it, WOOHOO ! it works, my friedn geos around the block and one of his charge pipes popp off, but then the rest of the day the car drives fine.

dilemma- the car bogs to **** at 4K before i swtiched around the coolant sensor * 2 prong* and the temp gauge went up with the boost, kinda like a boost gauge, that symptom is gone now.

NOW, we fixed the caharge pipe and i tried to finish the exhaust but only got to the axle back ( 3 inch madnrel bent, no cat no muffler yet)

fuel sysytem consists of- stoCK !! with 450CC injectors and filetofit's chip to idle the large injectors ( worked well on the D16a6 until it overboosted n blew)

Soo .. now .. the car bogs and has no power waht so ever it would bogg and kinda stall but turn on and you could floor the car and it will jerk back and forth or have NO power what so ever., the lights are dim and barely light up, we jsut changed the starter and the altenator (* alteantor is known to be good) the car WONT start on its own, it has to be push started.

SOo .. yea .. ok .. big headache !! HELP >> ME !!!

so the car ran fine until 4k then bogged, but now that you switched the wires it boggs all the time? what computer are you running? if the alt is good and the lights are barely working, you either have bad connections or a bad battery. I would first make sure your ground cable is bolted to the framerail and also the transmission. that will cause all kinds of problems. after that it gets more complicated.
I guess you're running pm6 since you have vtec switch?
