ok i have a 92 si with an obd1 gsr motor in it.. it doesnt have a cat. the guy who sold it to me said its running really rich or lean (cant remember) because it doesnt have the o2 sensor bung on the exhaust manifold.... now im hearing that obd 1 gsr's only have an o2 sensor on the catalytic converter.. the car has a check engine light because of the missing o2 sensor.. so what d i need to fix the problem.. i want the car running right.. do i just need a obd1 gsr catalytic converter or do i need an exhaust manifold with a o2 sensor bung and a catalytic converrter... im also lookin to pass inspectioj with this car..
any help will be appreciated.

obd1 cars only have one O2 sensor located on the manifold not on the catalytic converter.you need a manifold wth a bung for O2(dont know how you dont have one),and if you want to pass emissions a cat..

which cat?? from what car? i could care less about a highflow cat if its gonna come with an o2 bung.. i dont wanna have to dealm with seali9ng that bung..

 

would the bottom part of an exhaust manifold from a b16 with a bung work? am i goin to have to get my exhaust reffited?

 

What about a header for a 94-95 integra.
It will have the bung for the o-2 sensor.
I also know if it comes from dc sports they include a wiring extension
so it will plug into your existing harness.
