Default Eagle Rods Torque Spec + 25psi=SAFE??

The torque specs on eagle rods for the B18C1 is 28 ft/lb. will this be able to take 25+psi? I know the Crowers are 45 ft/lb, so i see no problem there of they letting loose at 25+psi. what do you all think? any problems with the eagle rods letting loose at 25+psi?

The torque specs are related to the size of the bolt, not how much power the rod itself will take. I have heard of peole breaking Eagle rods, but only at 700hp levels. Where do you plan to be?
