I've got a set of crower regrinds in my zc.. they were cheap to get done. like 137.00 and they have a nice lope at idle and pull hard as hell up to cutoff.. i think there great for the money.. just my 2cents

i personally haven't used any gude products but i constantly hear bad things about his stuff, make sure you do plenty of research and are completely comfortable with your decision. What stage and price range for your cam are you looking at?

I've had a Web Cam in my d16a coming on up 80,000 miles. I forget which cam I have, but I believe it's the mild one. The cam idles well and pulls hard after 4300 to redline.

The difference i noticed right off the bat is that all the I/H/E seems to work together now. With the timing advanced and an AEM timing gear added. The power band was more tuned in and set closer to 4000Rpm versus higher in the power band. You can really feel the torque when you pass 4000 to redline. To me it feels like all the upgrades seem to be working in sink or put to use at an lower rpm band. At least the driver will notice the difference.
