What synthetic motor oil do you run and why do you run that particular brand?
Ive mostly ran Mobil 1 in my cars and im pleased. Recently Valvoline gave me a case of their Synpower use and like it. While some of my pals run Syntec in their cars. Red line, Motul, Golden Spectro. TUNERS What is the BEST AND WHY?

What differentiates teh brands most is the additives. THey all spend millions of dollars hyping their additives and starting rumors that their competitors additives cause engine wear, etc. I use Mobil 1 10w-30 because Costco has it for $24 a case. I know it's good, but I can't say it's the best. You would need a TRULY NEUTRAL 3rd party tester to tell you that.

I use TORCO Mtl Synthetic. My research has shown 41.4% less friction than other popular synthetic brands. I personally realized a 6whp gain on a 200 whp all motor engine a few years ago.
In our import engines, the piston and ring assemblies sliding on iron sleeves account for more than 70% of the friction generated by the entire powerplant. Other high friction areas are among valvetrain components.
This clearly shows the need for lubricant performance and protection required for our high revving engines. I am also aware that Torco will be coming out with an SR-1 brand geared towards our import/sport compact market. This will yield even better results for us! The intro will occur next month.

I use Castrol..Mainly because that's what's recommended ..I believe Honda knows what's best for their engines...

I run Mobil1 10w30 now and in the wammer months I run mobil1 15w50. Reson for using moblil1, I get it at a great price.

I use Chevron 5w-30 non synthetic. Never had any problems and revving up to 9k with 69,000 miles on motor
