I was wondering what you guys thought about these manifolds.My friend said he would sell me his for 300bux and of course its used.Please any input on this.Thanks.

 

the JG turbo manifold is a nice design.. Venom racing and Jojo both 8 sec club used to use it.!! if you noticed at the tracks they always had a mig welder because the manifold would crack. it was mig welded and not tigged..!! why i dont kno..!1 SFP also mig welded there manifolds too .!! if it was tigged it might be better..

 

JG AKA Hotshot manifold are pretty nice! But however they do crack after some time. I had one on my car and it felt a lot better then some of the log designed manifolds.

 

Hotshot makes the manifolds for JG. They are made out of mild steel rather than stainless. This was done to keep the cost of the manifold down.

 

yeah, i got a Hot Shot coated manifold. It did spool a little better than my old RevHard Log type manifold.

 

I had a JG manifold way back like 1.5 years ago...it performed nice, but was a little brittle

 

Ohh yea he told me it was ported out to the max and it did crack on the wastegate tube,but it was rewelded and added a support to it.I get the jg mani and a tial 40mm wg for $540.
