Default obd jdm dohc vtec ecu running a sohc vtec crx?

Is their any way you can use a jdm dohc vtec ecu to run a d16z6? Could you just wire it up with the oil pressure and vtec so that the ecu controlls x over. Dont know what you would do about not being able to hook up a knock sensor if it matters.

Thats why I have right now is the si with an msd switch, I dont wanna convert to odb1 unless I can find someone that is willing to help me out with it, but I dont feel like paying anyone to do it. Im sure it can be that hard I know a few people that have maid their own harness but Im not t sure if their still around. I,m gonna go check it out anyhow, it would be much better 1 then 0 because of hondata and boost.
