Default suspension for now

I'd like to see if anyone has any good ideas for me... Here's my situation:
I'm trying to take it easy a bit on modifications until my income levels out, but I seem to be spending a lot on maintainence. The latest problem is a couple of blown shocks and to compliment, my rear (sprint 2 1/4") springs have collapsed or something. When I put my (93 Prelude Si) on the lift I have about 1 1/2" vertical freeplay on the rear coils. Seeing as my stock shocks are housed in the strut and come as one unit, I assume I have to replace my struts either way. So I would like to find the cheapest way to replace my coils, shocks and struts. There are some good deals on coil-overs but the cost nearly triples when you talk about coil-over shocks. please help.

If you want the cheapest solution to fix the problem I'd look for used OEM shocks and springs on Ebay.
