I have a ZC motor with a header, intake, 2 1/4 inch exhaust, test pipe(where the cat is suppose to be), fuel pressure regulator, and a PG7 ecu. I want to know what other bolt on parts are worth buying. I heard pulleys are pretty good. I also heard that cam gears really don't do that much. I'm trying to save money by doing all the bolt ons i can do before internals and the bottle. Anything else good?
you pretty much have all the bolt on's. i would suggest making a box to protect the intake filter from heatsoak if you use a short ram, as well as heatwrapping the intake piping.
other than that, new fuel filter, plugs, wires, O2 sensor, maintenance.
i would not use aftermarket pulleys unless the bottom end is balanced. even then, i still don't like them. buy a lighter flywheel.

depends on what you consider "bolt on",
Cams are a good idea, I'm not sure what's out there for the ZC though. And cam gears do make a difference if you know how to tune them right. Intake manifold from a D16Y8, larger throtle body, good clutch, lightened flywheel. Also, what transmission are you using? good transmission gearing make a big difference.
Most importantly Tuning, Tuning, Tuning!! Just slapping parts on and going won't give you near as much power as properly tuning the entire system.
as far as pulleys go, accesory pulleys like AEM sells are ok, but think twice before changing the crank pulley. read this post for more info:

I think otherwise. I raced a stock si rex and we were close. Like a car length close. So why do you suppose that happened?
could've been that your extra power made up for your higher gearing, or maybee that guy didn't know how to drive as well as you. Also, the Si is heavier than the HF
