Suspension: Choosing the right shocks/springs
1. One thing I hear about some aftermarket suspension setups, you need to do maintanance - what exactly is that? - or is it same as stock - (i'm talking street setup, not race setups.)
2. Next, Although adjustable height would be nice, if not available, I'd like something close to stock height.
3. To adjust camber - I'd need to get the ones with pillowball mounts? - is that what they're for?
4. Spring rates - which companies have an option for higher rates for rear springs?

Can't think of any non-adjustable setup for that.. most people who replace suspension want the car slightly lowered at least for performance or lowered a good bit or lots for looks, but most don't replace to keep it at stock height or very close to it.

As far as spring rates go, what the highest, yet streetable over crappy roads rates should I look for?
Lets look at handling improvement vs expense.
Coilovers with shocks equals expensive but great handling, ability to adjust ride height.
Neuspeed race springs on stock shocks equals not expensive at all.
Perfect ride height, awesome handling. Downside is that you will have to
replace the shocks eventually. Is that a problem?
Well no when you consider that you could replace the stock shocks about 5 times
for what you pay once for coilovers.
