Ron, looks real good to me. I just wish it came off the flange a little straighter.

Thanks Mike, the reason it is crooked and angled off to the right liek that is because the downpipe sits directly under it, and i had to avoid it, all in all, it fits pretty good, and im happy with it, Ill post pics when i install it when the family leaves on thursday, Merry Xmas!

HAHA, yeah, Good Ol' Gary Gregory welded it, hes very cool in my opinion, he was even hung-over when he welded it!, thats pretty good for a drunken man.

nice, looks just like mine but the metal looks slightly diff. i also had to have the pipe welded at a slight angle. mine was also crushbent but i think that at that diameter tubing, it wouldn't really matter how it was bent because it still retains its original shape and the bend itself isn't too much.

That pipe is so cheated, it could win an adultery case in divorce court.
Would have been nicer to find a tighter bend radius.

In case you're wondering, a "cheated" tube radius is where a tubing bend is not cut perpendicular to the "tangent" line.

Welds look good!

Thats an amazing analogy and all, but if u read the 3rd post, THE PIPE has to BEND around thge DOWNPIPE, therefroe it CANNOT bend straight down....And thanks foir the compliments guys

Looks pretty good. Where is he located?

I'm gonna need somebody competent to weld up my DP, IC piping, etc. If i can't get Geoff himself, i'd atleast like it to be somebody recommended by him...

The joke was all in good fun. I was just pointing out in case you didn't notice that the dump tube angle is far from ideal. If i am understanding what you are saying, you could have done it with a tighter radius bend cut to fit along with that bend. It will probably work, but if you get creep that would be the first thing to redesign. Is it dumping to atmosphere or back into dp?
