well, i took my tranny apart and put in a quaife LSD, but i did not feel comfortable putting it back together so i took it to my local Honda and had them do it.... well, now the tranny won't go into gear, well, actually it will go into 3rd, but nothing else, and there is a alot of plat in the shifter. i can't get it back to the dealership until thursday, but i reall really want to dirve my car. does anyon have any suggestions?
To answer the question in your title, yes, I have disassembled my tranny. But no, I don't have any suggestions as to why you are having the problems that you are having. Be careful that the dealer who assembled it doesn't try to blame you because you brought it to them apart. I have had something like that happen to me before.

i spend thousands of dollars in the parts department at my Honda dealership, and know the aprts manager very well. i have a feeling if they try to screw me, all i have to do is threaten to take my parts businees elsewhere
The little box that has one of the linkage attachments on it can be installed wrong. It's the smaller, spring loaded arm. If put on wrong, you'll only be able to get into a gear or two.
It could be something internal too. The shift forks could be binding due to being bent, or crap that is making hard for them to move. There is a small ball bearing held in by a external bolt that if not installed in the proper order, can become dislodged and wreak havoc on your shifting.
Been there, done that. Not fun!
