how much of a difference is there between the type r cams(from japan) and my type s cams?

Do a search on ClubRSX.com. Or check out Hondata's website, there's plenty of info about the differences between the USDM and the JDM cams. Although the only difference is the longer duration, you can still make considereable power with them with the addition of the Hondata ECU flash.

 

ok, i'm going to refrain from arbitrary comments and just clarify this issue.

i paid for more than half of the car at the start. $8000, because I had WORKED and SAVED up $12,000 for 3 years, and taxes took $3K of that.

I have already paid back my parents $3,000 of the $7,500 they had put into the purchase. I still work, in fact I am at work right now posting this.

I pay for my insurance, my maintanence costs, and my parts.

regardless of what you think of my comments (and i dont even post on clubRSX), please get your facts straight before trying to hit below the belt, because you aren't even correct in your assumptions and accusations. i agree, i was an *** on this forum before, and i have tried to lighten up a lot. read the other posts that i post on in this forum. if you want to go bitch about someone, FusionITR is a better target.

as it stands, if you have to resort to attacking me by using unrelated issues and name calling, then you don't have much basis for a real argument do you? you tell me that my posts are worthless, except that your own post gives no actual point to an argument other than trying to smear my image with false claims that have nothing to do with the post.

also, please explain to me exactly how my age, the amount of times i have sex, my post count, and the amount of doors on my car makes any difference in a simple argument.

the clubRSX people deleted the post, i had nothing to do with the deletion. i didn't touch my account, my post count, nor did i ask anyone to. i posted a followup on my friend stryker's post, and never went back. all i wished to do was clear up some lies, although the owner of diablo (mike) did a better job of that in the same post. and all i did was defend some false accustations of diablo. i never said anything against modacar in that post.

i'd appreciate it if you, again, please stop making things up, and stop attacking me on these fabrications. and again, it is totally unrelated to anyting else in this post. i'll end it here unless you decide it requires more pointless chasing.

it makes perfect sense to me...even if an english teacher gives it an F, it still makes sense...if you're asking about cams, learn something about cams.

get something with more than half an engine and you'll learn about what different cams can do

 

ok, back to the original question, when you say longer duration, do u i would be at a lower rpm at the same speed in the same gear in comparison to my type s?

 

Just wondering why the 5.9 R/T Dakota only runs a 6.5 0-60 and you think it will do anything with an RSX Type S which runs 0-60 in 6.1. Just curious.

Of course if you're speaking of any Dakota besides that then none of them run better than 7. Please enlighten us about your almighty domestic thoughts.
