Default spare wheel

i have a spare wheel from a integra on my civic hatch right now.
and the spare wheel is a really tall one that almost look like full size , except that it is really skinny, and on the back of it, it says warning for anti lock brake only. and my civic does not have anti lock brake. is it still safe to use that spare?????

Yeah and most of them also say not to be used at speeds over 45 mph but you always see people flying down the freeway with them on. I would say its just fine but why are you worried by the time you get the answer you want you could have already had your tire replaced
