how to remove flywheel bolts??
ok this is reallllly pissing me off, I have the clutch off and these flywheel bolts just will not break loose. The impact gun just wont crack them, I tried torching them for the longest time and STILL couldnt get any of them to move. I dont really have much room for a big pry bar. ANY sugestions to remove these things would be helpful.

Have you tried running the pry bar through the top of the engine bay? Would probably give you more room. Have seen it done before, just have to watch out when it breaks loose...

Thanks
i've never had a problem getting them off....
17 mm 12 point socket is needed....put a 19 mm socket ont he crank pulley and have a friend hold it....then break the flynuts off

I had the same problem on my R when I was changing the clutch. We had all but one off so we sat there for 1 hr trying to find out what to do so we smacked it with a hammer a few times and that seemed to do something enough to make the bolt come off with ease.
somebody hold crank on the other side while you use a breaker bar on the flywheel....make sure you are using the right socket
ooops somebody said that.....my bad
