Default Big problems please help

First problem is my car was throwing an IAC valve code so i got one from my brother and through it on. Problem is when i did that i switched the coolant lines by mstake causing the car to just quit all together i pulled the lines and cleaned the iac vlvave out and started the car back up and now it runs but it is all messed up. Stutters and hits vtech but wont go any higher. Want to get it fixed but dont even know what the problem is or who to take it too.

Second problem existed before the IAC fuckup. For some reason the car is shaking when ever i hit the gas. It is mor noticable in 5th gear then any other i dunno why. Its not the balance or alignment already had it checked. and it is only when i hit the gas. I thought maybe one of the mounts was broken but from the top of the car i dont see anything.

Car is a 2000 civic si with built ls bottom end and built b16 tranny.
