Default Still Not Finished But Here Are Some More Pics

As you can see, this is a non sequential 4-2-1 header like the DC and Mugen but with significantly larger stepped primaries and secondaries. If this works out the #1 tube will go behind the #2-#4 tubes. It was done this way right now for ease of build. In addition merge collectors will be used for any production header so the power increases can be expected to be higher than what we get out of these pieces.

"Pictures Deleted"

Will work with a non modded Prelude engine mount, P/S and A/C. I'm about 95% sure on the A/C unit but don't have one handy to verify.

"Pictures Deleted"

Ground clearance wrt the oil pan.

"Pictures Deleted"

#4 tube in relation to front engine mount, notice mount is moved to the upper position of the slots.

"Pictures Deleted"

This 3rd header will be tested against the 2nd 4-2-1. Then the 2nd 4-2-1 will be modified slightly and retested against the 3rd 4-2-1.

Good job thus far! Nice clearance you're making w/ the ground. Though in contrast the set Mugen set that I have it seems like your primaries dive down right after the flange. I thought the 4 cyl Honda motors like long primaries? I'm probably wrong though.

It's better to have the tubes go straight or in line with the ports a bit before turning down. Like I stated above tubes 2-4 stay close just for this one because it was easier to build. If this header shows promise rerouting the #2-4 tubes should only help it.

can you actually dyno this one in comparison with the other one... because i`m looking for a header and have cash, but i need proof it works well... EK-H22a.... looking for header with most midrange and high up top, dont`mind loosing bottom to slight midrange torque... can you build a better header than the HotShot 4-1 and if so how much and how long waiting....

Amazing what pipe bender an a tig welder can do hahahaahahaahh

This header (#3) will be dyno'd against the header that is currently on Corey's car (#2). Then header #2 will be slightly modified and then retested against header #3.

If you search under SMSP on the Prelude board you will find some dynos of the current and first header built for the stock H22.
