I know this sound retarded but here it goes. I got a MUGEN front lip for a '00 civic and it has 4 long self-tapping screws that I believe are for the ends (where it wraps into wheel-well, two for each side) two "S" style brackets that I thought would go from the lip up to the OEM bumper and fasten on but the distance is much greater than the bracket is. I know where the screws and bolts go on the bracket just not where the bracket goes to support the center of the lip

Also wondering if rear four door handles are the same size and shape as two door ones???
Any comments would greatly help

Its an exact copy but is still poly-u. Would post pics but my photo shop is pretty screwed up and wont load the pics. I'll see what I can do though...

HARDWARE:
I know how everything works. I just dont know where to place the 'S' bracket. It seems to be too small.


The four long self-tapping screws I know are for the edge where it wraps into the wheel-well.


This is the 'S' bracket. Not only is it not long enough it is not tall enough!

is this meant for your car (specific model)?

i dont know jack **** about civics, but if you want I can scan and post directions for installing my OEM kin on the integra if that'll help any...

 

you dont even need the brackets. i painted one and put it on my boys car. it has a lip that wraps over the top that will suport it in the center just put the 4 screws in the side.
