The bolt on top of the wastgate got stripped to hell!! does anybody know where i can get the top portion of the tial wastegate and a the bolt?? also is it ok to open the wastegate??

you only need that top port for a boost controller. do you have one right now?
if not it shouldnt need to be a rush
i think if you talk to tial direct they can get you a new one
also if its stripped just retap it and get a new banjo bolt \maybe a hardware or automotive store would have em

 

That thread on top near the TIAL? Well you could possibly use a tap and dye set on it, but you might want to see if you can just purchase the top part of the wastegate, its pretty straight forward to replace.
