Default starter problems

blah !!! eversince we dropped in the D16Z6 in my friends 89 civic hatch we've had problems .. first off it wont start and the altenator isnt charging, so we changed to a proper workin altenator and a new starter and get this .. damn thing still wont start !@$&*@#(^@*( after 4K RPM it bogs ( DIY Turbo .. cam gear, 3 inch exhaust etcc) the fan turns on etcc .. no blown fuses .. what could be wrong >?>?

maybe explain the situation a bit better?

Does the car crank?
do you have 12v at the starter?
is the starter solnoid wire hooked up?
main fuse and relay are ok?

If the car does crank, do you have fuel? how about spark?

its a new starter ... the car does not crank .. it can be push started tho ... not sure about the main fuse and relay

probably a bad ground or blown fuse.

well we fixed the bogging issue with the car .. now the car just won't start on its own .. any ideas >>

your starter selanoid wire is not hook up. plug it in.

the wire with the spade connector ././?? thats in ... we at first had an old starter and it didnt start .. and replace dit with a new one .. same symptoms

hrmm we had his battery charger hooked up when we tried to crank the car .. if the coil was busted woudlnt hte car not run properly once its started ?
