Default ECU help. info needed for future H-C accord

Ok, For me to keep the accord in H3 or where ever class it is in when I start racing, I can not run a modded ECU or any other piggyback system ie VAFC.
So I need an ECU that will run my accord without blowing it up and without a speed governer. What are my options, it does not have to be and accord, or even USDM. But, it does have to be a OEM Honda ECU. Please help me roll all my competition.

how would they know if you ran a chipped rom on your stock ecu? do the check your ecu software when you go for tech spec? if not just run a burned rom on the ecu, whichever suit's you best... if you can only use honda ecu's... maybe a p28

I know the '92+ EX 5-speed ECU has no speed governor, but that probably won't work with your engine so well. Perhaps the '92+ LX 5-speed ECU has no speed governor? The P28 is SOHC VTEC and I'm not sure if it's a good match for your F22A2. I'm sure the H-C won't mind and ECU reprogrammed to remove speed governor, as long as the fuel/ignition/timing maps remain otherwise stock. No one should protest your ECU unless you start rolling H2/H1 cars.
Hey, looks like the DX/LX/EX all fall in H3... you could always buy my F22A6

I IMed the honda challenge rules offical last night, and was told, "Not as currently written. Is there an alternate Honda (not reprogrammed) ECU that could be used? JDM or otherwise, that would be legal".
So I want to keep things legal. I will try and borrow somebodys p28 and do a back to back dyno pull, what year civics did they come in? Or if anybody has a 92 or 93 lx ECU that I could buy. I might try import auto salvage, or some local junk yard.
Dave I do want to buy your engine, but being out of work for 8 weeks sucks. I am moving up to Charlotte in the next couple weeks, and the money should be flowing again very soon.

I do not believe P28 will work, this is a problem corey and I have been discussing with trying to build an 94 LX HC car
Corey and I are trying to go legal or get the rules changed a little bit to benefit Accords better
Glad to know that there will be some competitoin out there

yeah I will be driving it, and maybe Corey will too

trying to get the most legal power out of the thing as possible, was looking at ECU's as a possibility, but I do not think we will go that route
